This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and Ghost Guard ("Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your use of the Ghost Guard browser extension ("Software"). By downloading, installing, or using Ghost Guard, you agree to the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Ghost Guard grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.
• Sell, rent, lease, distribute, or sublicense the Software to third parties.
• Use the Software to infringe upon or violate the rights of any third party.
• Use the Software for any unlawful or harmful activity.

3. Ownership

The Software, including all intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of Ghost Guard and its licensors. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by Ghost Guard.

4. Updates and Modifications

Ghost Guard reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Software at any time, with or without notice. Updates may be automatically installed without your consent. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement. By agreeing to this Agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective from the date of installation and continues until terminated. Ghost Guard may terminate this Agreement at any time if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and uninstall it from all devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available," without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. Ghost Guard does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements, be error-free, secure, or available at all times. Ghost Guard disclaims any and all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ghost Guard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Software, even if Ghost Guard has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ghost Guard, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Software, violation of this Agreement, or violation of any rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree that any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of USA, and you hereby consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this Agreement will remain in full force and effect.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Ghost Guard regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

13. Changes to this Agreement

Ghost Guard reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted within the Software or on our website. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
